Please join us in praying for Deacon Anthony Armbruster, Deacon Sam Rosko, and Deacon Bobby Vogel as they prepare to be ordained to the priesthood on June 1 for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
Deacon Vogel grew up at our St. Joseph Catholic Church. After ordination, he will be the parochial vicar at St. Simon the Apostle, Indianapolis.
Novena Day One
“He said to them, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” – Luke 10: 2
O Most Holy Trinity – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – thank you for blessing us with Dcns. Anthony, Sam, and Bobby as servant leaders for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Thank you for inspiring in them a love for the holy priesthood and a willingness to say “Yes” to Your call, just as our Blessed Mother said yes.
Blessed Mother, place your mantle of love over Dcns. Anthony, Sam, and Bobby. Protect them, guide them, and keep them in your heart. Please bring our humble prayers to the Altar on High, we pray, from your place of honor at the Heavenly Banquet of God the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ our Savior, please strengthen them to respond courageously to the Holy Spirit and to embrace their call to serve the Church Faithful, shepherding them to the great Eucharistic Feast. Amen.
